The first cheese (moving from left to right) was Le Delice de Bourgogne Lincet--it was a very smooth, mellow cheese, served with a drizzle of honey. SOUTH KOREA
Boolgogi BBQ Beef with Steamed Rice and Kimchi. Myung Jak Bokbunjajoo (Raspberry Wine).
I really enjoyed the beef, especially with the rice. The kimchi was good but powerful. I could have done with a smaller portion, though. The raspberry wine was good, but not quite as sweet as the one they served last year. This one tasted slightly more like a dose of cough syrup. Oh well. Win some, lose some, right?
