Monday: Meatloaf Patties, mashed potatoes and carrots.
Tuesday: Broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken with some rice and a salad.
Wednesday: (new recipe!) Hashbrown Casserole and some fruit..
Thursday: Ravioli with sausage and roasted red peppers, garlic bread and salad.
Friday: Grilled chicken sandwiches.
Saturday: Food & Wine Fest: Round Two.
Sunday: Leftovers?
Notes from last week's menu: We stuck with the menu, with the addition of a salad mixed in a few days We didn't have enough leftovers to stretch through Sunday's dinner, so we improvised with some grilled ham & cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.
